# CleanUai

> CleanUai (model name CY-01) is a native SwiftUI Mac cleaner "with a Minas Gerais accent", made in Brazil. It clears system junk, maps what takes up your disk, uninstalls apps with their leftovers and updates your apps. Everything runs on your Mac with no account and no telemetry, and every cleanup goes to the macOS Trash first. 7-day free trial with no card, then a one-time lifetime license: US$ 9.99 or R$ 34.90.

Key facts:

- Platform: macOS 26 or later, on Apple Silicon and Intel Macs. The app is in English and Brazilian Portuguese and follows the Mac's language.
- Eight channels, numbered 00–07: Home (smart scan), System Junk, Space Lens, Large & Old, Uninstaller, Leftovers, Trash and App Updater (Sparkle, App Store and Homebrew), plus a menu bar agent with CPU, memory, disk, network and battery.
- Speed, measured on one real Mac (2.3 million items, 295 GB home folder): smart scan in about 2 seconds (21.6 GB of junk found); Space Lens mapped 2.3 million items in about 12 seconds.
- Safety: scanning only reads. Cleaning moves files to the Trash; deleting permanently only happens by holding the button. A guard refuses system folders, Documents, Keychains, Mail and Messages, the Photos library, iCloud Drive, other users' folders and the app itself.
- Full Disk Access is optional: CleanUai works without it but finds less.
- Pricing: 7-day free trial, everything unlocked, no card, nothing charged when it ends; scanning stays free forever. Lifetime license, one-time payment: US$ 9.99 by card (Stripe) or R$ 34.90 with Pix or card (InfinitePay). Not a subscription.
- License: 1 Mac at a time, transferable. Includes 1 year of new versions; the app keeps working forever. After that year, whenever you want the newest version you pay the full price again and get another year from that day. Never charged automatically.
- Privacy: no account, no telemetry. Network use is limited to license and trial activation, update checks for CleanUai (Sparkle) and the App Updater's lookups (App Store lookup API, Homebrew API, each app's Sparkle feed).
